Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NEXUS TRADE platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

NEXUS TRADE is operated by NEXUS TRADE PTY LTD, a company registered in Singapore with registration number 202400123M and registered address at 1 Raffles Place, #20-01, Singapore 048616.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where investment platforms are prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each user may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension.

4. Investment Terms

4.1 Investment Packages

The Platform offers five investment tiers with fixed returns as displayed. Returns are calculated based on the package terms selected.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed via Instant EFT through our payment partner. Funds are held in our business bank account. All transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Returns

Returns are calculated automatically and credited to your account balance upon maturity. Returns are fixed and guaranteed as per package terms.

4.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed manually within 24 hours. Funds are transferred to the bank account provided by the user. The user is responsible for providing accurate bank details.

5. Referral Program

Users may refer others to the Platform using their unique referral code. A referral becomes "active" when they make their first investment. Referral bonuses are applied as per the current program terms.

NEXUS TRADE reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in money laundering or fraud

7. Fees

NEXUS TRADE does not charge fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal. Third-party payment processor fees may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of NEXUS TRADE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS TRADE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have invested.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, any pending investments will be settled according to their terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
